Brazil Santos
Brazilian coffee has become a dominant force in the South American coffee market. We dark roast the beans to provide a medium, earthy body, with a nutty aroma and moderate acidity.

Celebes Kalossi
A rare, flat-shaped bean grown high on the Celebes Island off India’s coast. Similar to our Sumatran coffee, but a bit less rich and full-bodied with a slightly spicy taste. It is arguably one of the world’s finest coffees.

Colombian Supremo / Decaf
One of the finest coffees in the world. Very rich and aromatic, yet mild in flavor. It is a large, full bodied coffee, slightly acidic, with slightly winy overtones.

Costa Rican Tarrazu / Decaf
Grown at high elevations on the country’s Pacific coast. It is a hard bean, well balanced, medium bodied and acidic coffee with sharp flavor and the snap of a very dry wine.

Costa Rican La Minita Tarrazu Estate
Similar to the Costa Rican above, The La Minita bean is grown without the use of artificial fertilizers or pesticides, and it is harvested and sorted separately by hand.

Ethiopian Harrar / Decaf

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
A very well known and hard to find coffee. It has a very unusual, rich, fruity, winy taste with distinctive floral notes.

Guatemalan Antigua / Decaf
A hard bean grown in altitudes of 4,000 to 4,500 feet in the volcanic highlands. It is a lively, rich, full, and very heavy bodied coffee with a spicy, almost smoky taste.
